Labor is a process of learning to be patient for prospective parents. Why? Because in the delivery process, a prospective mother tends to be patient when facing certain situations. She feels a contraction, waiting for the occurrences the opening process. Opening process can flow very slowly. Finally, this “suffering feeling” was coming to an end. Relaxation is one part of the effort to prepare a comfortable, safe and calm labor process. Often many mothers are confused to find the right position for relaxation. Mothers do not need to be confused with this position. Since basically, the mother herself can feel the most comfortable doing relaxation with hypnotic music. Eventually, there are 2 kinds of positions that can be chosen. There are ‘the back position / supine lying position’ and ‘lateral position’. Moreover, there is also a used combination position, namely the half-sitting position. The most correct position of relaxation is the most comfortable position according to the mother herself. Flatulence is defined as the condition of a person of feeling a full sensation in the abdomen. This, however, will make the sufferer feel uncomfortable. Someone who experiences flatulence will also feel belching or farting often, and the stomach looks enlarged. Flatulence appears generally as the impact of the amount of gas or air in the stomach. Eating too fast, often chewing gum, consuming soft drinks are some of the common causes of the amount of gas in the stomach. However, a follow-up examination is sometimes needed, since it can be a symptom of a dangerous disease.

The diagnosis of this flatulent condition can be made based on history and physical examination. The doctor will ask first about the symptoms experienced by the patient and then examine the patient’s stomach. But keep in your mind that flatulence is a condition and not a disease. This bloating often appears as a symptom of a gastrointestinal tract such as diarrhea, Celiac disease, Crohn’s disease. If you often feel bloated accompanied by pain in the stomach,  it is better to immediately consult a doctor. It could be ulcer disease, gastric ulcer, or GERD.
